Possible recruits

Recruiting is based on many statistics, we are looking for not only skilled players but players that can follow orders, be willing to sacrifice kills for the overall improvement of the team, and always able to improve themselves. If you have a friend or possible recruit request a tryout from one of the captains which will be listed on this site, and for any recruits looking at this thread if you don't make the cut the first time improve yourself and try again, that's what we are looking for.

Prospective recruits will undergo what will be known as "trials" which include attending practices throughout the week rather than the single qualifying standard used prior. With this method, they have the opportunity to become familiar with the members, prove their commitment to the clan and display their overall performance. "Power" players make the score and "Support" players keep the rival's score down. Proving to be a "Power" player is not always desired. With that in mind, it is important to communicate with your team to perform overall "the best". Recruits can be expected to undergo some challenges, testing their skills on a wide scope of game modes. Recruits will be issued feedback after trials confirming their entry into the clan and strengths and weaknesses. Recruits should be open to criticism rather than ignore the information. Understand that someone maybe more experienced and take their advice. In order to keep a communicating and structured clan attitude can affect your trials and even end them prematurely. If you don't make it that does not mean you cannot try again so work hard and know you were given membership that you earned it!
